Our two-year Technical Graduate Schemes start your journey towards becoming an industry expert in one of a number of disciplines.
Naturally, we’ll pay for your study towards a relevant professional qualification.
As well as a competitive salary, there are generous benefits depending on which area you join. Generally, this includes a pension scheme, the option to join our Share Incentive Plan, up to 25 days’ holiday and other flexible perks.
A two-year scheme
Throughout the scheme, you’ll build up a real wealth of knowledge. But the learning will continue, with regular training sessions and any further support you need to become a member of professional body.

Build on your qualifications
You’ll need at least a 2:2* degree in an engineering, construction, mathematics, software engineering or environmental subject (some areas may require a 2:1).
It’s important that your degree relates to the Internship. If it doesn’t, there may be another scheme that suits you.
The 5% club
We’re a member (and our CEO’s the founder) of The 5% Club. The Club’s ambition is to grow numbers of apprentices, trainees, interns and graduates until they account for 5% of each member business’s people. We’re delighted to say we’ve already achieved this.
It’s an important initiative, which is shared by the likes of Airbus, Atkins and QinetiQ. And it means that, once you join, you’ll soon be an inspiration to those that follow.
